商务英语听说是广东省高等教育自学考试商务英语专业基础段的必考课程。该课程的考试主要检查学生 是否达到以下目标: (
  1)听懂英语国家人士商务交际中句子结构比较简单、基本上没有生词的交谈或讲演。 (
  2)听懂难度相当于 VOA、BBC 有关经济问题的慢速英语(special English)节目及美国 TOEFL 考试中 minitalk 等中等难度的关于商务或经济题材的录音材料,理解材料的中心大意,抓住主要论点或情节,并根据 所听材料进行推理和分析,领会讲话人的意图和态度。 (
  3) 熟悉商务交际的基本环节, 掌握不同场景里的主要表达方式, 能够用英语与英语国家人士进行简单的 商务交流。

三、命题原则: 命题原则:
商务英语听说考试总分 100 分,试卷包括两大部分,听力部分 60 分,口语部分 40 分,听力部分考试时 间约为 40 分钟,口语部分考试时间约为 10 分钟/人(含 5 分钟准备时间) 。就试题难度而言,困难题目约占 20%,较难题目约占 40%,较易题目约占 30%,容易题目约占 10%;就试题内容而言,指定教材中的内容不 超过 40%。

商务英语听说听力部分的考试内容包括:录音语速约为 120 词/分钟的商务和经济题材的对话、讨论、广 播节目、知识介绍。 商务英语听说口语部分的考试内容包括:包括求职、日常办公事务、打电话、出差、公司介绍、产品介 绍、产品促销、公司成就与发展、商务晚餐、商务谈判、订货、支付方式、运输、包装、投诉与处理投诉、 保险、股市等方面。

六、听力部分题型举例
PART ONE: SPOT DICTATION (10%,
  0.5 point each)
Listen to the following passage and fill in the gaps with the words you hear. Altogether the passage will be read to you twice. You have two minutes after the passage.
