There are times that you will be asked a hard question during a job interview. Don’t _41_ .Then just want to see how you handle a difficult situation. “Why should we choose you?” To this question ,you can ask yourself why you applied, what makes you suitable for this position, what the company can gain from hiring you, what you have to_42_,how you would handle this job, etc. Often they ask you to tell them about yourself. You can _43_ your answer into two, the professional and the personal level. Both are important, and how you move form one to the other depends on what you have to say. You can give a brief _44_ of your life, professional and personal, with less emphasis on the early past, and more emphasis on the present and the future. When asked “What are your weaknesses?” , don’t say “I don’t have any.” Everyone has weaknesses, and it takes strength to recognize them. Say something _45_ but not hugely important to the specific position, and always add something positive like , “I haven’t had a lot of _46_ to the on-site work ,but I’m looking forward to being more _47_ in dealing with customers directly and learning their needs.” Another common question is: “ What are your strengths?” You should customize(定制) your answer to meet the position _48_.Keep in mind the things they asked for in the advertisement Tell them your strengths , but also show them how they would be applied to this job . To show how your strengths were valuable, use the “why , where ,when ,how” to _49 our strengths. Always follow-up with a thank you note restating your interest in the position . If you interview with multiple people ,send each one a thank you note.

“Tear them apart!” “Kill the fool!” “Murder the referee(裁判)!” They are common _50_ one may hear at various sporting events. At the time they are made, they may seem innocent enough. But let’s not kid ourselves. They have been known to influence behavior in such a way as to_51_ a real bloody scene. Books have been written about the way_52_ affect us. It has shown that words having certain meanings may cause us to react in ways quite_53_to what we consider to be our usual humanistic(人道的)behavior. I see the term “_54_ ” as one of those words. Perhaps the time has come to _55_ it form sports terms. The dictionary meaning of the term “opponent” is “enemy”: “one who _56_ your interests.” Thus, when a player meets an opponent, he or she may tend to treat that opponent as an enemy .At such times, _57_ may control one’s mind , and every action ,however bad, may be considered _58_. In the heat of battle ,players have been observed to throw themselves across the court (竞技场) without considering the _59_that such a move might have on anyone in their way , I have also witnessed a player acting to his _60_intentional and illegal blocking by hitting him with the ball as hard as he could during the course of play . Off the court , they are good friends . Does that make any sense ? It certainly gives proof of a court attitude which is different from normal _61_. Therefore , I believe it is time we _62_the game .If the term “opponent” is _63_ “associate” , that could be an ideal way to start,. The dictionary meaning of the term “associate” is “friend”; “companion” . Think it over ! You may soon see and possibly feel the _64_in your reaction to the term “associate” rather than “opponent.”
