我们去过青岛.(现在不在青岛) ②have gone to +sp., 表示到某处去了,现在还没有回来,可能在那里或在去的途中. They have gone to Sydney. 他们去悉尼了.(现在在悉尼或在途中) ③have been in +sp., 表示在某处呆过多长时间. How long have you been in China? 你在中国住了多长时间?

neither (
  1)adj. 后接单数名词,意为"两者都不". Neither answer is right. 两个答案都不对.(指两个答案中任何一个都不对) (
  2)pron. 后面接介词 of,再加入人称代词宾格或名词复数,但后面的谓语动词要用单 数. Neither of answers is right. 两个答案都不能.(指两个答案中任何一个都不对) (
  3)adv. 也不,此时句子要用倒装语序,一般用于否定句的倒装. She cant reach the book on the shelf, and neither can I. 她够不到书架上的书,我也够不到. (
  4)conj. 常与 nor 构成并列连词 neither…nor…(既不……也不……),在连接两个主 语时谓语动词要和邻近的主语一致. Neither I not he knows the man. 我和他都不认识那个人. Neither he nor I know the man. 他和我都不认识那个人. 拓展:关于常用于倒装句的连词 常用于倒装句的连词有 neither, nor 和 so.其中 neither, nor 用法相同,都用于否定的 倒装,意为"也不".so 用于肯定的倒装.意为"也".倒装句的句式具体如下:
①否定句+neither/nor+be(have, 助动词或情态动词)+另一主语,表示"也不". If you won't go, neither will I. 如果你不去,我也不去. He isn't a teacher, neither am I. 他不是老师,我也不是. ②肯定句+so+be(have, 助动词或情态动词)+另一主语,表示"也". She likes apples, so does her brother. 她喜欢苹果,她弟弟也喜欢. He is from the USA, so is his wife. 他是美国人,他妻子也是. 辨析:neither, either 与 both 的用法比较: ①neither A nor B 意思"非 A 亦非 B". Neither she nor I am right. 她和我都不对. ②either A or B 意思"非 A 即 B". Either she or I am right. 她和我必有一人对. ③both A and B 意思"AB 两者都". Both she and I are right. 她和我都对.
  3.How about you? 你呢? How about…? = What about…? 用于询问对方或第三者与情景有关的各种情况. I haven't been to Dalian. How/What about you? 我没去过大连,你呢? My parents are both fine. How/What about yours? 我父母身体很好,你父母好吗? How /What about…? 还可用于向对方提出建议或征求对方的意见,后接名词或动名词. How/What about a cup of coffee? 来杯咖啡好吗? How/What about going out for a walk? 出去散散步好吗?

  4.Most of us have probably heard of Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and many other famous Disney characters. 大概我们大多数人都听说米老鼠,唐老鸭和许多其他的迪斯尼著名的人物. 辨析:hear, hear of 与 hear from (
  1)hear v. 有"听见/到(强调结果)"和"听说(后可跟从句)"之意. We listened but could hear nothing. 我们留心听了,却什么也没听见. I heard that he was ill. 我听说他病了. (
  2)hear of "听说,听到",后跟名词或代词. I've never heard of that village. 我没未听说过那个村庄. Tom disappeared and we never heard of him. 汤姆不知去向了,我们再未听见他的消息. (
  3)hear from…"收到……来信",需要注意 hear 后不跟 a letter 等词,因其本身就有"收 到……来信"之意. I heard from my sister last week. 我上周收到姐姐的来信. famous adj. "著名的,出名的",用来作定语和表语. Coco Lee is a famous singer. 李玟是位著名的歌手. The restaurant is very famous. 这家饭店非常有名.
  4.Disneyland is an amusement park, but we can also call it a theme park. 迪斯尼乐园是一个游乐场,但我们也可以叫它(以迪斯尼电影和迪尼斯知名人物为 主的)主题游乐园. (
  1)call vt. "称,叫",其后跟"宾语+宾语补足语".其过去分词 called 可以构成短语在 句中作定语.
We call him Xiao Li. 我们叫他小李. What do you call it? 这件东西你叫它什么? Do you know the city called Qingdao? 你知道青岛这个城市吗? call vt. & n. 打电话给,电话 I called my mother yesterday. 我昨天给我母亲打了电话. He gave his father a call. 他给他父亲打了电话. (
  2)theme n. 题目,主题 theme song 主题歌 theme park (陈设布置围绕诸如野生动物,水生物,幻想世界等一个或多个主题而安排的) 主题公园
  5.For example, you can find a roller coaster in most amusement parks, but in Disneyland, the roller coaster is themed with Disney characters. 例如,在大多数游乐场中你会看见一个过山车,但在迪斯尼乐园里,过山车也以迪 斯尼知名人物为主题. (
  1)辨析:for example 与 such as for example 表示举例说明,往往用"逗号"隔开;such as 表示列举. For example, Tom has the same opinion. 比如汤姆就有相同的看法. Do you often eat fruit such as oranges? 你常吃像橘子这样的水果吗? I want to travel, especially to English-speaking countries such as the United States and Australia. 我想旅行,特别是到说英语的国家诸如美国,澳大利亚. (
  2)find vt. "找到,发现",其后可以接名词,也可接宾语再加宾补.其宾补可由现在分 词,过去分词,形容词,副词或名词担当. I find Lin Tao clever.
我发现林涛很聪明. Don't worry. I'll find a way. 别着急,我会找到办法的. find 后可加从句. I found that she was not clever. 我发现她不聪明. find+it(形式主语)+adj.+to do sth. 发现做某事…… I find it easy to drive a truck. 我发现开卡车很容易.
  6.This means that you can find Disney characters all over the roller coaster. 这就意味着你会在过山车上发现迪斯尼知名人物. mean vt. "意味着",表示一个人的言论或行为,某一标志或词语的意思所指.其后常接名 词或宾语从句. What do you mean? 你(的话)是什么意思? You mean that you can't come tomorrow. 你意思是说你明天不能来了. mean 还有"意欲,打算"的含义. I mean to go next Monday. 我打算下星期一走. She said Tuesday, but she meant Thursday. 她说星期二,可她心里想的是星期四. What do/does…mean by…? =What does…mean? ……是什么意思? 其中 by 后跟名词,代词或 v.?ing 形式. What do you mean by dao? = What does dao mean? 请问岛是什么意思? What do you mean by doing that? 你这么做是什么意思?
  7.You can take a ride on the boat for several days, and you sleep and eat on board. 你可以在船上游览几天,你可以在船上睡觉,吃饭. ride n. 骑,乘车,乘坐,骑马或乘车旅行(尤指为娱乐而进行的……)
We had a ride on a horse for an hour. 我们骑了一个小时的马. I enjoyed my first train ride. 我享受了第一次火车旅行. vt. 骑(马等),乘(车等) ride a horse 骑马 ride a bicycle 骑自行车
vi. 骑马(或自行车等),骑(on),乘(on, in) They rode across the fields. 他们骑马(或乘车)穿过田野. We like riding on /in a train for traveling. 我们喜欢乘火车旅行.
  8.How long have you been studying English? 你学英语已有多长时间了? 该句是一个现在完成进行时的句子 现在完成进行时态:表示从过去某一时间开始一直延续到现在的动作,这种动作可能仍 然在进行. They have been working for two hours. 他们已经工作 2 个小时了. He has been standing here all afternoon. 他在这儿站了一下午了. 本单元出现的其他几种时态小结: (
  1)They went to the space museum last year. 他们去年去过太空博物馆. 句中有明显的过去时间状语 last year,所以用一般过去时. 过去时表达发生在过去的动作或存在的状态,只表示一个信息,不强调与现在的联系. (
  2)John has been to the aquarium.约翰曾经去过水族馆. 句中表示已经发生过的动作,用现在完成时. 现在完成时强调某一发生在过去的动作或存在的状态与现在的联系. (
  3)They're going to take the subway.他们将乘地铁去. 句中用 be going to 表将要发生的动作,表示按计划或按安排要做某事.
  9.I discovered that the most important requirement was to speak English well, so I studied English at the Hilltop Language School for five years before I became a flight attendant.
