  1.be + 形容词 I’m very tired. He is handsome and smart. The vegetables are fresh. It’s hot today. The traffic is always heavy. The book is interesting. My trip to Paris is exciting.   2. be + 名词 Mike is a Canadian teacher. They are my close friends. She is a nice girl. They are baseball players. This is a new type of jazz. That’s a good idea.
