第一节 达州市2010年高中阶段教育学校招 达州市 年高中阶段教育学校招 生统一考试英语学科命题说明
一、指导思想 达州市2010年高中阶段学校招生统一考试英语学科的 考试命题按照《英语课程标准》五级的要求,,以达州 市教育局中考命题文件和四川省英语学科《考试说明》 相关规定为依据,结合全市规范办学行为后的教学实 际,紧扣英语学科教材,选材贴近生活,贴近学生和 贴近社会;淡化单纯的语法考点,而将语法考点放在 特定的语言环境中,突出英语学科语言的交际功能; 注重考查从材料中获取和加工信息的能力,充分体现 英语命题服务于语言表达、思想交流、教学实践的新 理念,体现试题的评估、选拔和教学导向的功能。
二、命题的原则 根据《达州市2010年高中阶段教育学校招生统一考 试英语学科考试说明》,命题坚持以《英语课程标 准》五级要求为根本出发点,以英语“三维目标” 为主线,紧扣英语教材,充分挖掘考生潜能,贴近 考生生活实际,体现英语学科工具性的特点。
三、命题范围及试卷结构 (一)命题范围 人教版义务教育课程标准实验教科书《英语(Go for it)》七年级(上、下),八年级(上、下), 九年级全册的教学内容(试题选材不局限于教材)。

  2、试卷结构: 根据《英语课程标准》五级要求和《达州市2010年 高中阶段教育学校招生统一考试英语学科考试说 明》,本次命题涵盖了考生的听、说、读、写等语 言基本技能以及语法知识和词汇知识的灵活运用能 力等几个方面的内容。试卷结构和 分值如下;
试卷分为第Ⅰ卷和第Ⅱ卷,总分100分。第Ⅰ卷为 客观试题,共分四个部分(听力,基础知识及运用, 阅读理解,口语交际),满分79分;第Ⅱ卷为主观 试题,共分三个部分(任务型阅读,短文填空,书 面表达),满分21分。
四、命题实施 重视基础知识, (一)重视基础知识,更侧重语言能力 本次命题重视对语言基础知识,如名词、代词、动 词、形容词、副词、介词、数词、动词不定式、动 词ing型以及状语从句、宾语从句、被动语态等内容 的考查,同时注重考查学生在具体语言环境中运用 英语的能力。例如:单项选择题不仅考查常见知识 点的基本用法,而且每道题都提供了丰富的情景, 所设语境均为学生日常生活接触到的生活现象,着 重考查学生用所学语言来“做事”的能力。如:

(二)注重对综合知识与能力的考查 本次命题沿用了近两年来采用的任务型阅读这一题 型,同时在考查形式和内容上都有所变化。如: (
